Machinery/Production Process
We have two production lines - one for knitting and the other for sewing. We have 25 sets of dyeing machines and 5 sets of shaping machines in workshop, and 390 sewing machines. Our production process consists of: knitting, dyeing, fabric inspection, fabric cutting, sewing, garments finish, QC check, finishing processes, ironing, re-check, package, sample shipment, needle inspection, and finished product delivery.
